5. Purchases and Payment

Payments for services are processed directly between the Client and Cristina Barata. Unless otherwise agreed, payments are to be made via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

The total service fee is divided into two installments:

  • 50% deposit due upon signing the agreement (non-refundable);

  • 50% balance due no later than three (3) days before the scheduled service date.

The Client is responsible for any transaction fees, currency conversion fees, or bank charges applied by their payment provider.

The prices displayed are B2B prices in euro (€) and are VAT exempt. Depending on the buyer’s location and applicable tax exemptions or currency conversion rates, the final price may be adjusted on the contract and invoice before payment.

To ensure VAT exemption, the Client must provide complete invoicing details and a valid VAT number:
a) If you are in the EU (outside Portugal), your VAT number must validate on VIES.
b) If you are outside the EU, you are always exempt, but we still require your VAT and company details to process the invoice.

Prices on the website are subject to change without prior notice. Cristina Barata reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Prices valid at the time of purchase are those applied. Despite careful updates, pricing errors may occur.

We make every effort to ensure website descriptions are accurate. However, we do not warrant that descriptions or other content are free of errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

The 50% deposit is non-refundable.

The Client may reschedule the service with at least three (3) days’ notice at no additional cost. Rescheduling within 72 hours of the service date may incur extra charges.

Refunds are not provided for completed services. Any exceptions are at the sole discretion of Cristina Barata.
